職責描述： ? Receive visitors and serve for drinks or other requirements when needed ? Receive, sort and distribute incoming correspondences, including faxes and packages; help to send out or transfer the packages when necessary and maintain the record ? Order and maintain the inventory of office supplies ? Make travel arrangements for staff including hotel reservation, airline ticket booking. ? Coordinate the company cars and shuttle bus arrangement, support it timely ? Arrange ad-hoc room bookings, conference room bookings, lunch bookings etc. ? Monitor the cleaner and plant maintainer’s service ? Prepare invitation letters for foreign visitors. ? Follow up other Admin duties upon request 任職要求： ? 1-3 year working experiences in multinational companies; ? Admin experience preferred; ? Good English skill of speaking and writing.
